Find Your Seat: Inte­ri­or Sig­nage at Vibrant Music Hall

Lat­i­tude Sig­nage and Design part­nered with Live Nation’s archi­tec­tur­al and design team to cre­ate a cohe­sive and tai­lored inte­ri­or sig­nage plan for Vibrant Music Hall. By inte­grat­ing the venue’s brand­ing and envi­ron­men­tal aes­thet­ics, the sig­nage achieved both form and func­tion, ensur­ing a seam­less vis­i­tor experience.

One stand­out ele­ment of this col­lab­o­ra­tion was the design of restroom sig­nage. The team devel­oped a cus­tom font and design that blend­ed per­fect­ly with the venue’s mod­ern and vibrant atmos­phere. These thought­ful details enhanced the aes­thet­ic appeal and con­tributed to the venue’s identity.

The Vibrant Music Hall project pre­sent­ed sev­er­al logis­ti­cal chal­lenges that required out-of-the-box think­ing. For instance, installing sig­nage to indi­cate the loca­tion of VIP box­es and booths proved dif­fi­cult due to the archi­tec­tur­al lay­out. Latitude’s design team devised a solu­tion by clamp­ing sig­nage to hor­i­zon­tal rail­ings using dou­ble-stick adhe­sive, ensur­ing a secure and unob­tru­sive installation.

To meet the needs of spon­sor booths, the team designed bat­tery-oper­at­ed light box­es with recharge­able bat­ter­ies. These portable and visu­al­ly strik­ing signs pro­vid­ed an ele­gant solu­tion to show­case spon­sors’ brand­ing with­out the need for fixed elec­tri­cal connections.

Lat­i­tude Sig­nage and Design also intro­duced inno­v­a­tive call pod signs to enhance the guest expe­ri­ence. These devices, rough­ly the size of a hock­ey puck, are inte­grat­ed into signs and allow guests to sum­mon a wait­ress with the push of a but­ton. The team designed these pods to be remov­able for easy charg­ing, ensur­ing their func­tion­al­i­ty dur­ing events.
